The location was excellent, close to the center. The room was quiet and clean. The staff provided great service and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The manager went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. They had hot dishes, pastries, and fruits. I also liked that they had fast Wi-Fi, which was very convenient for me to stay connected with my family during Christmas.

The bathroom had moldy spots, and the towels were old and rough. I was not happy with the noise level in my room.

The manager is unbelievably friendly and even takes you to an amazing restaurant, offering outstanding service. The spacious rooms are fantastic, and the breakfast is mind-blowing. The location is great, the room is quiet, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The internet is lightning-fast, and the bed is comfortable. Plus, the cleanliness is top-notch with daily room cleaning and fresh towels and sheets.

We stayed at a hotel in Elbasan over Christmas, and we were pleased with our experience. The breakfast included a variety of delicious foods like eggs, toast, cheese, and juice. the location was convenient and close to the city center. We also appreciated the clean rooms.

There were a few aspects we didn't enjoy. Sadly, the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy and needed warming up.
